USING EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES AND IMPLEMENTING A CONTINUUM OF CARE TO ENSURE SUCCESS, OUR TREATMENT OPTIONS INCLUDE:

Treatment Services

Sobriety Works is currently a MediCal provider that primarily serves adult beneficiaries of MediCal, and private pay clients age 18+ . Each person is carefully assessed during admission, determining their level of care prior to meeting their primary counselor. The assigned counselor will collaborate with the beneficiary to create an individualized treatment plan.

We are unable to bill insurance companies at this time, but with a payment agreement we can provide you with a bill for your insurance company. Please call our business office for details.

All Sobriety Works programs seek to educate persons in treatment regarding their substance use, relapse, and recovery through lecture, film, writing assignments and literature. The group process utilizes evidenced based practices proven to aid persons in treatment to progress towards their treatment goals.

Persons in treatment at Sobriety Works are highly encouraged to attend 12-Step/Recovery meetings, or any other sober support group, to establish lifestyle changes which are key to recovery. You may be randomly drug tested throughout treatment, solely as an accountability tool for honesty and transparency, which are vital to rebuilding a life in recovery one can be proud of.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT)

Designed for clients in the work force or going to school, or a step down from residential treatment, IOT consists of at least 9 hours of treatment weekly. Groups meet three times per week for three hours per session, in addition to individual meetings, crisis intervention and care coordination as needed.

Outpatient Treatment (OP)

Also designed for clients in the work force, attending school, or stepping down from IOT, Outpatient treatment consists of a continuum of treatment. Your group may meet one or two times per week as assessed with your primary counselor, offering individual meetings, crisis intervention and care coordination with outside providers as well.
