Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOS) is designed to provide structured, evidence-based support for individuals seeking flexible but focused treatment. This level of care allows participants to continue working or attending school while engaging in meaningful recovery work.
Program Format: The program includes both individual counseling sessions and small group therapy, offering personalized and peer-supported care. Sessions take place three times a week, each lasting three hours. Whether you’re newly entering recovery or stepping down from a higher level of care, Intensive Outpatient may be the right fit.
Group Options: Clients can choose between two schedule options:
- AM IOS: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
- PM IOS: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
This format offers flexibility and consistency, helping participants build coping skills and peer support networks. In addition, all groups are facilitated by licensed or certified professionals, many of whom are credentialed through CCAPP and CADTP.
Moreover, our Intensive Outpatient Program supports co-occurring treatment needs, and referrals to individual therapy, peer support, and recovery coaching are available for enhanced care. If you’re unsure whether IOS is the right level of care, we’re happy to provide a confidential assessment to guide your next steps.
